Refund policy

30-Night Trial
Sleep on your Halden pillowcase for up to 30 nights. If it isn't right, email us within 30 nights of delivery and we'll refund your order in full.
You don't need to send anything back. No return shipping to arrange, no restocking fee. Keep the pillowcase.

How to request a refund
Email paul@quietward.com with your order number. We'll confirm within one business day and refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or wrong, email paul@quietward.com with a photo within 30 days of delivery. We'll replace it or refund it — your choice. No return required.

Changes and cancellations
We ship within 1–2 business days. Email us as soon as possible and we'll try to catch the order before dispatch. Once shipped, the 30-night trial applies.

Limits
One refunded order per household. Applies to orders placed at haldensilk.com.
