We want theunderfoot.com to be usable by everyone, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology.

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We are a small business and we are not going to claim we are fully there. We work on it as we find problems.

If something on this site does not work for you, tell us and we will fix it. Email support@theunderfoot.com with the page and what went wrong. We will reply within 5 business days, and if a fix takes longer than that we will offer you another way to get what you needed, including placing an order for you over email.

Parts of our site rely on third-party services, including our store platform and payment providers. We do not control their code, but we will raise accessibility problems with them on your behalf.
